In our automatic electroplating line copper, nickel or chrome layers can be applied on metallic items. We also offer a variety of coating systems combining a galvanic primary layer (e.g. for corrosion prevention, shine) with a hard abrasion resistant and brilliant PVD layer on steel and brass.
The combination of galvanic baths enables a product-spezific and customized layer compo-sition on diverse materials.

Chrome plating

Chrome ist the perfect primary layer for hard PVD coatings such as TiN, ZrN, TiAlN and others because it guarantees a hard surface and tarnishing prevention for nickel.

Layer thickness: approx. 0,5 µm



Nickel plating

Nickel plating primarily acts as corrosion prevention of iron parts (e.g. optical industry, microelectronics, automotive industry).


Layer thickness: approx. 8 - 15 µm


Copper plating

In the field of decorative chrome plating copper acts as an interlayer and is therefor of particular importance in terms of adhesive strength and corrosion resistance. For a great number of semi-finished goods copper platings is a necessary requirement for the following application of nickel and chrome.


Layer thickness: approx. 15 - 20 µm
